I am curious about Chinese-based cultures, such as those found in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, or mainland China. I currently live in Japan, and sometimes I can sense a distinct influence of Chinese-based culture on Japanese culture, evident in aspects such as language, food, and people's attitudes or behaviors.
