My personal experience is that when HR selects each resume, it takes not more than 5 seconds to browse a resume, either with outstanding academic qualifications or outstanding strengths in the special parts (competition awards related to the job content or a second foreign language). Therefore, improving your academic qualifications or participating in competitions may help you pass the first hurdle,in my opinion
